Our return policy lasts 14 days. If the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, but you can contact us to see if we can exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Gift cards and certain health and personal care products.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please ask us for the return address of the package before sending it.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, software, video game, or vinyl disc that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@bebevelours.fr.

Exchanges (if any)

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail.

Cancellation of order

Bébé Velours reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website. In such a case, an email confirming the refund of your order will be sent to you.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it is ready for shipment. To do so, please contact us contact us to cancel your order.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and offer it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver of the gift and he will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, contact us.

You will have to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
