What is the delivery time?
The average delivery times are between 48 and 96h for France if you have chosen the “express delivery” option when ordering.
If the “express delivery” option is not available for an item, you will see the mention “Delivery in two to seven working days” on the sheet of the product in question and this delivery will be applied to France and some neighbouring countries such as Belgium for example.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?
Beyond sixty working days, if you have still not received your package, we will refund you on simple request from you and after verification by our carrier. However, we invite you to contact us well before these 60 days have elapsed so that we can see with the carrier where exactly your package is.
I only received one item out of 3 of my order, is that normal?
Orders with multiple different items may result in multiple packages being received a few days apart, as we send you items that do not require a lot of priority preparation time so that you can enjoy at least one of your purchases while waiting for our team to do what is necessary to ship the others.
